EVERYONE

Activity – A Mighty Change of Heart – How does an egg teach us about the importance of a mighty change of heart? Try this science experiment with the family to find out!

Video – A Mighty Change: Conversion – Alejandra expresses gratitude for the changes in her life that resulted from her baptism and the joy she feels when serving others.

Video – A Change of Heart – A young man in Honduras was drifting toward a life of apathy, selfishness, and trouble until a friend showed him he was born for so much more.

Video – Daily Bread: Change – Jesus Christ is the bread of eternal life. By following Him, remembering Him, and having faith in Him we can change and become what we aspire to become.

Video – King Benjamin Encourages People to Believe in God – Mosiah 4. King Benjamin’s people believe that Jesus Christ will come into the world. They pray for forgiveness, covenant with God, and feel peace. King Benjamin sees that the people have been spiritually born of God.

Video – The People of King Benjamin Make a Covenant – Mosiah 5. King Benjamin’s people feel the Spirit of the Lord and covenant with God to take upon them the name of Christ and keep His commandments. They’re called the children of Christ because they’ve been born of God.

This 30 day countdown to Easter utilizes The Living Christ: The Testimony of the Apostles. Each day focuses on a portion of that document – either a sentence or a paragraph or a name of Christ.

Hello! Welcome to A Gospel Centered Home. I’m Mont Hello! Welcome to A Gospel Centered Home. I’m Montserrat. My husband, Joseph, and I have eleven children. We’ve raised them on lots of love and land on a farm in Northern Nevada. Four of our daughters are married and another will be getting married this Saturday! (Last photo) Our 10th grandchild was born December 30th! We currently have a son serving as a missionary in the Michigan Detroit Mission. We still have four children at home.

One highlight of 2025 was getting to help with the open house for the Elko Nevada Temple. It was a memorable experience.

In our many years of parenting we have learned that teaching the gospel can be really simple. You don’t need a lot of fluff. The church has produced a TON of resources for parents over the years. Each week I link to those free resources on church websites to help you teach your children. I try to find a wide variety of activities, articles, music, artwork, and videos. While I often forget to post here on Instagram, I always post on the blog. You can find the link in the profile.
