Audio – Paul Finishes His Mission – A teacher and primary children talk about the final mission of the Apostle Paul. Much like the Savior, Paul knew that he was returning to Jerusalem for the last time and that he was going to be killed. Paul spent his final moments on earth bearing his testimony and expressing his love for Heavenly Father and Jesus. In the end, he was called upon to give his life because of his faith in the Savior. As members of Christ’s Church we are not asked to die for Jesus, but He has asked us to lose our lives in His service. This means that we should always think of Him and love and serve others as He would.

Hello! Welcome to A Gospel Centered Home. I’m Mont Hello! Welcome to A Gospel Centered Home. I’m Montserrat. My husband, Joseph, and I have eleven children. We’ve raised them on lots of love and land on a farm in Northern Nevada. Four of our daughters are married and another will be getting married this Saturday! (Last photo) Our 10th grandchild was born December 30th! We currently have a son serving as a missionary in the Michigan Detroit Mission. We still have four children at home.

One highlight of 2025 was getting to help with the open house for the Elko Nevada Temple. It was a memorable experience.

In our many years of parenting we have learned that teaching the gospel can be really simple. You don’t need a lot of fluff. The church has produced a TON of resources for parents over the years. Each week I link to those free resources on church websites to help you teach your children. I try to find a wide variety of activities, articles, music, artwork, and videos. While I often forget to post here on Instagram, I always post on the blog. You can find the link in the profile.
